THE IMPORTANCE OF CERTIFICATES FOR GOOD COMPANY MANAGEMENT

On 2 December there was yet another audit of our ISO 9001:2015 standard certification, as well as the recertification of our ISO 17100:2016 standard. The Traductanet team is to be congratulated, for there were no non-conformities.

As the first translation company in Portugal (2000) and one of the first in Europe to be certified, Traductanet places great store on the inclusion of the standards’ requirements in its quality management procedures.

Since 2000 Traductanet has updated its ISO 9001 certificate on a number of occasions, and now has an NP EN ISO 9001:2015 certificate covering our translation and interpretation services.

In 2017 we also received NP ISO 17100:2016 – Translation Services certification.

As a company with double certification, Traductanet can offer its clients the assurance that our processes are well structured and are subject to annual external audit, all of which contribute to guarantee the quality of the service we offer.
