THE ROLE OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN TRADUCTANET
Project management plays a central role in the company organisation and service provision at Traductanet, which offers language services tailored to the needs of its customers and whose translation and interpretation services are in high demand.
Currently employing 12 project managers whose duties include coordination, Traductanet attaches great importance to the project management team’s initial and on-going training, since it is they who manage and monitor each translation project from start to finish and who are in constant contact with our customers.
The range of tasks that project managers are responsible for on a daily basis means they must be well trained and have excellent communications, management, organisational, computer and interpersonal skills.
Traductanet provides its customers with a dedicated project manager, who is allocated when the first job is received. This project manager remains responsible for all subsequent requests from that customer, ensuring they become familiar with their needs and requirements.
