Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management or Organisational Psychology;
  • Professional experience in the field of Human Resources Development and Recruitment (minimum of two years);
  • Minimum experience of two years in a similar role in the Translation industry;
  • Excellent command of English, writing and speaking (excluding factor);
  • Likes working autonomously, according to the definition of strategies and objectives and the implementation of solutions;
  • Aged between 25 and 40 years;
  • Immediate availability.

  • Likes career development and management, promoting its applicability internally.

Responsabilities

The main role of the human resources manager is to provide Traductanet with the resources necessary for the good performance of its business activity.

 

  • Recruit and monitor the team of translators;
  • Develop and monitor the growth of external teams;
  • Test recruited linguists according to their skills and the recruitment process;
  • Promote newly recruited and tested linguists among the project management teams;
  • Collaborate daily with management and sales teams on issues related to external resources;
  • Conduct surveys of external staff and prepare follow-up reports;
  • Proactively participate in the development of his/her area (internally and externally);
  • Establish and ensure excellent relationships with external and internal resources;
  • Possess extensive knowledge of the translation industry, including market data, rates and strategies;
  • Perform data analyses, market price studies and best practices.
