As a company providing language services, Traductanet has always believed terminology to be one of the pillars of translation. For this reason in 1990 it created an internal Terminology Service.

Dealing with several different topics, ranging from law, economics and finances, to engineering, computing, medicine and pharmaceuticals, Traductanet quickly recognised the need to organise and structure both the vocabularies specific to each area and the customers’ preferred terminologies.

This means all our work is translated taking the customers’ terminology into account, ensuring greater terminological coherence (in the present and the future) and delivery of a high-quality final product.

We create a glossary for each customer from the beginning, which we update it with each new job. Our team of translators and revisers use these glossaries every day.

We are aware that this way of managing customer terminologies is crucial to their image and success.
